Please incorporate these into our permit. <br />Table 1 shows that the total certified pond capacity for the series of ponds <br />in Johnson Gulch is 27.01 acre-fee[. This value is slightly below the planned <br />volume of 28.59 acre-fee[. However, the certified capacity is above the theo- <br />retically needed capacity for 1986 of 26.7 acre-feet. <br />Also, Sedimot II shows that the theoretical 10-year, 24-hour storm event peak <br />effluent level for settleable solids from our discharge point would be only <br />.0014 ml/1.
