Sediment pond inspections were <br />conducted by TMI on November 8, 10, 21, 22, 23 and December 22, 2005. <br />Five ponds were reported discharging at the NPDES point at the time they were inspected. These ponds <br />include No Name No. 5, Johnson l OR Pond, East Middle Flume No. 1 Pond, Middle Flume No. 3 Pond, <br />and Industrial Waste Pond No. I. Discharges were all minimal or recorded as "trickle". Minor <br />maintenance items were noted in the reports regarding visibility of sediment markers and identification <br />signs.
