Cattany <br />Division DirMOr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has completed review of the 1St - 4th quarters of <br />2003 Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR's) for the Raton Creek mine, #C-82-055. <br />These reports comply with the requirements of Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii)(A) for submittal of <br />completed forms to meet NPDES permit requirements. No discharges were sampled <br />during 2003. Please make every attempt to collect a storm water discharge sample <br />from the single sediment pond at this site. <br />For the Division's copy of the mine site records, please submit a current copy of the <br />CDPS permit for the Raton Creek mine. <br />We have no further questions or comments at this time.
