determination as to where the wetland boundary was and that I would be more than <br />happy to permit this and, upon reclamation of the other areas of the mine, would build <br />mitigation areas for future wetlands, which we have already started. <br />Upon completion of mining and reclamation, the current plan at the MLRB has <br />approximately 5000 feet of shore line, which calculates to approximately 4 acres of <br />"wetlands" including other possible mitigation areas. <br />I must ask for expedited handling of this permit, if a permit is applicable? in order <br />to keep up with production. To be denied use of my property would be extremely <br />detrimental to my business and family financially. I have also sent Nathan copies of the <br />permit application and exhibits. <br />Please call me when you have had time to look over these submittals.
