If the objections are not <br />withdrawn, pursuant to Rule 1.7.4(2), a Formal Public Hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board will be scheduled. Additionally, DMG will schedule an informal conference, in <br />the Grand Junction area, subsequent to the close of the public comment period. Apre-hearing <br />conference will also be scheduled, in the Grand Junction area, no sooner than 10 days following <br />the decision date, but at least 5 working days prior to the Board hearing.
