This is private property <br />3. Sand and gravel materials. (Pit Run Rock) <br />4. It has been both hauled off and used on site <br />5. The top existing dirt is being used to level the area <br />into useable farm ground. <br />6. The rock material has gone to a family member at no <br />charge who is developing a piece of land for new homes. <br />It is being used for base under Streets. This is the Fox <br />Hollow Subdivision. <br />Additionally some material went to the Delta Medical <br />Center to be used for a parking area with no charge <br />being assesed for the rock. <br />7. Appr. 1 acre <br />8. 3-5 feet <br />9. Appx. 7,500 yards <br />10. Has been loaded out with a Rubber Tired Loader <br />11. No, there is no monetary gain being received for this <br />material by landowner or operator. The material is not <br />being sold. <br />12. The area that has been extracted has been done so to <br />allow the ground East of it to be leveled so that it is <br />usable and to create a pond for livestock and area for <br />future homesite. <br />13. No permits have been obtain as we didn't know one would <br />be needed since we weren't selling any material. We were <br />just putting ground into farm land and creating a <br />livestock pond and a eventual homesite area <br />14.
