• October 29, 1997 <br />I AGILE STONE SYSTEMS, INC. <br />INSPECTION OF STATE PARK FACILITIES <br />SOUTH BANK OF THE ARKANSAS RIVER, NORTH OF HIGHWAY 50 <br />PARKDALE,COLORADO <br />I OCTOBER 15-16, 1997 <br />Pur ruse <br />This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the state park's <br />facilities. Included in these facilities are the restrooms, picnic tables, boat ramp, and a <br />concrete drainage conduit that extends underneath Highway 50 in Parkdale, Colorado. <br />I Procedure <br />I Present at the inspection was Phil Musial on October IS-16, and Ben Carroll on October <br />16 (both of Vibra-Tech Engineers). On October 15, the rest rooms, boat ramp, and the <br />drainage tube were inspected. On October 16, the picnic tables were inspected. All were <br />inspected and documented. <br />The condition of the inspected sections of the facilities may change after the date of <br />inspection due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the State <br />of Colorado, or the passage of time. This report deals with the condition of the facilities <br />I at the time of inspection. <br />The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the facilities <br />that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No <br />inspection was made in areas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any area which <br />required dismantling, removal or movement of any object. <br />Photographs aze attached to the rear of this report <br />' Roll #1 <br />Concrete Drainage Conduit <br />' Photo #1) Identification photo from the north. <br />Photos #2-7) Cracking of the concrete along the fittings and expansion joints in the middle <br />. of the conduit, Evidence of water leakage and damage. <br />
