2.06.3 Mountaintop Removal Mining <br />This Subsection will not be applicable to the mining operation plan <br />by Colowyo. <br />2.06.4 Steep Slope Minims <br />This Section will not be applicable to the mining operation plan by <br />Colowyo. <br />2.06.5 Permits Incorporating Variances from Approximate Original <br />Contour Restoration Reouirements for Steep Slope Mining <br />This Subsection will not be applicable to the mining operation <br />planned by Colowyo. <br />2.06.6 Prime Farmlands <br />This Subsection is not applicable to the mining operations planned <br />by Colowyo. Since a negative determination of prime farmland was <br />arrived at using the eligibility requirements established for prime <br />farmland under Section 2.04.12, Prime Farmland Investigation, these <br />performance standards do not apply to the permit application. <br />2.06.7 Variances for Delay in Contemporaneous Reclamation <br />Requirements in Combined Surface and Underground Mining <br />Operations <br />This Subsection is not applicable to the mining operations planned <br />by Colowyo. <br />2.06.8 Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Operations on Areas or <br />Adiacent to Areas Including Alluvial Valley Floors <br />General <br />Both a field investigation and technical evaluation of all <br />drainages containing streams within and adjacent to the permit have <br />been conducted in accordance with this Section and draft OSM <br />Technical Guideline, "OSM Alluvial Valley Floor Guidelines", dated <br />• <br />2.06-10 <br />
