This document includes environmental
ground water monitoring data collected and compiled during our second quarter of operations,
January 1, 2001 through March 31, 2001.
The format of the date summary tables has been modified to reflect a new section providing the
descriptive statistics of the Operational Phase I time period up to the beginning of the current
reporting period. Comparison of the data values with the Numeric Protective Levels (NPL) and
the Early Warning Indicators [EWI) is showing some values slightly above the established limits.
These values are summarized in the table below end highlighted in red in each of the summary
tables within the document. In all cases, laboratory reporting of the data is occurring after the
next round of samples is already collected but not completely processed by the laboratory.

Well
I.D.
Date
Parameter
Value
NPL
EWI
Reg. 41
Standard
Standard
Class'dication
Baseline
Mean Subsequent
Monitoring
Period
ResuR
29-08 2/19/01 Fluoride 33.9 None 33 2 Agricultural 28.1 29.1
29-3 3/20/01 Phos horus 1.25 None 1.23 None None 1.148 Unknown
21-0A 1/15/01 Chloride 700 None 670 250 2n° Dnnking HBO 721 730
21-0A 2/12/01 Chloride 730 None 670 250 2n0 Drinking H,_0 721 670
21-0A 2/12/01 Phos horus 1.21 None 1.1 None None 0.948 1.24
21-0A 3/12/01 Phos horus 1.24 None 1.1 None None 0.948 Unknown
21-3U 3/16/01 Barium 4.9 4.66 None 2 Human Heenh 4.204 Unknown
21~U 3/16/01 Boron 3.15 3.12 None 0.75 A riculturel 3.254 Unknown
21 ~A 3/16/01 Phos horus 2.97 2.8 None None None 1.983 3.2
21-3A 3/16/01 Phos horus 3.2 2.8 None None None 1.983 Unknown
1&2 1/16/01 Barium 2.97 None 2.35 2 Human Health 1.992 2.97
19-2 1/16/01 Barium 2.97 None 2.35 2 Human Health 1.992 1.918
2610 2/13/01 Fluoride 10.9 None 10 2 A ricultural 8.6 10.4
20-10 3/13/01 Fluoride 10.4 None 10 2 A ricultural 8.6 Unknown

Delivering a Crystal Clear Advantage
www.americansoda.com
