Frequencv and Sample Tvpe <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or noncompliance with the efFluen[ limitations specified in <br />Section A, the petmittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following frequencies. A permanent station for Trout Creek upstream monitoring shall be established prior to the point of confluence <br />with Koll Ditch #3. THE PERMITTEE SHALL CEASE IRRIGATION FLOW THROUGH KOLL DITCH AT <br />LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO COLLECTION OF EFFLUENT SAMPLES AT OUTFACE 007 TO ENSURE <br />THAT NO DILUTION OCCURS. <br />See Part I.C. for Definitions.
