The information is presented <br />in the same order as your inquiries. <br />Exhibit B -Index Map <br />Attached is a revised index map illustrating the access off of Crowfoot Valley <br />Road, as you have requested. <br />Exhibit C -Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Maps <br />Either an effort will be made to keep topsoil and overburden out of the minor <br />drainage present that traverses the southwest corner of Phase 1. Or, a temporary <br />earthen diversion will be constructed to route flow around the Phase 1 area if it <br />appears as though portions of the topsoil or overburden piles may encroach on this <br />drainage. <br />Exhibit D -Mining Plan <br />Soil Salvaoe <br />For any topsoil stockpiles that that may remain undisturbed for more than one <br />year, the pile will be broadcast seeded with western wheatgrass at a rate of 20 to 40 <br />lbs./ac.
