The application was returned pending evidence that a SWSP exists to cover the depletions resulting from the Jesse Lee Pit operations. An updated gravel pit well permit application will be submitted in a separate letter. The Division of Water Resources Online Mapping resource was used to determine that there are no registered wells within 600 feet of the Jesse Lee Pit operations exposed surface area. We will coordinate with the District 11 Water Commissioner to identify if any unregistered wells lie within 600 feet of the exposed water surface area at the Jesse Lee Pit. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS • The total exposed surface area at the Jesse Lee Pit is 1.1 acres. • Total consumptive use equals 5.39 acre-feet annually. • Total depletions at the river during the remainder of Water Yeaz 2007 operations are estimated at 0.8 acre-feet: Total depletions at the river during the 2008 Water Year operations are estimated at'S.23 acre-feet. • The proposed source of replacement water is a 15 month lease for fully consumable water from the Boazd of Water Works of Pueblo. • This plan is requested for approval for a period from January 2007 to Mazch 2008 with the option of renewal.
