Sign and record the prepared Revised Plat of Volk Minor Subdivision <br />#97-071 which shows Lot #2 being the correct size of 80.75 acres; and, <br />b. Since the land use of Lot #2, being 80.75 acres, is proposed to be <br />chonged from agricultural to the mining of gravel, Lot #2 of Volk Minor <br />Subdivision will need to go through the full subdivision review process (the <br />application would be to change the land use from agricultural to gravel <br />mining on Lot #2 of the Revised Plat of Volk Minor Subdivision). <br />If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
