Any
dewatering many draw down the water table; damaging our two irrigation
wells, our lake (which is also a decreed well) and surrounding trees, flora
and fauna.
2) The proposed slurry walls by themselves may have little impact on us but
in conjunction with the slurry walls already constructed by Baseline
Resources, Hall-Irwin, the Tucson Pit, also an Aggregate Industries
project, our hydrology could be seriously impacted.
3) Noise during construction
4) Dust, blowing sand and bentonite during construction
S) Visual impact of construction
6) Access and liability to our property from the adjoining property during
and after construction
Thank you for your consideration,
Stillwater Lake Ranch, LLC
/Peter L.
