Olomon as shown of record in Book 470, Page 354, Deed <br />Records, Fremont County, Colorado; thence angle right along <br />the North line of said Olomon Tract 372.96 feet, more or less, <br />to the NW corner of said Olomon Tract; thence angle left 89° <br />04' 49" 150 feet to a point; thence West and parallel to the <br />Southerly line of said Section 2 1105 feet, more or less, to <br />the West line of said Section 2; thence North along the West <br />line of said Section 2 1015 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Reserving therefrom an easement for a roadway 50 feet in width <br />lying within a segment of an annulus running generally from <br />West to East, the radius of the center line of said easement <br />is 200 feet beginning at the common center hereafter described. <br />The radii of said annulus have their common center located at <br />a point 199 feet West of the Southeast corner of Section 2, <br />Township 19 South, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M.; thence North <br />17° 51' West 232 feet; thence North 4° 11' West 92.2 feet to <br />said common center hereinabove referred to.
