West of the 6th P,M., and more particularly described as follows
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the
South-east 1/4 of Section 2, Township 19 South, Range 70 West
of the 6th P,M.; thence Westerly on the Northerly line of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 2 a distance
of 773.51 feet; thence Angle right 130° 28' OS" a distance of .232.50 fee
thence angle right~40° 35' 57" a distance of 667.22 feet; thence
angle right 89° 32' S3" a distance of 90.67 feet; thence angle
left 76° 25' 47" a distance of 309.60 feet; thence angle right

thence North 57° 04' 23" West and parallel to the Southerly
line of the P & A V RR right of way 577 feet to a point; thence
angle left 107° 00' 90° 231 feet to a point which is the NE
corner of a tract of land now owned by Grover N, Olomon and
Helen M. Olomon as shown of record in Book 470, Page 354, Deed
Records, Fremont County, Colorado; thence angle right along
the North line of said Olomon Tract 372.96 feet, more or less,
to the NW corner of said Olomon Tract; thence angle left 89°
04' 49" 150 feet to a point; thence West and parallel to the
Southerly line of said Section 2 1105 feet, more or less, to
the West line of said Section 2; thence North along the West
line of said Section 2 1015 feet to the point of beginning.
Reserving therefrom an easement for a roadway 50 feet in width
lying within a segment of an annulus running generally from
West to East, the radius of the center line of said easement
is 200 feet beginning at the common center hereafter described.
The radii of said annulus have their common center located at
a point 199 feet West of the Southeast corner of Section 2,
Township 19 South, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M.; thence North
17° 51' West 232 feet; thence North 4° 11' West 92.2 feet to
said common center hereinabove referred to. The said annulus
segment, in accordance with the above, is terminated on the
West by a radial Line intersecting the Northwest corner of the
50 foot ea ement reserved in the Warranty Deed dated the 18th day
of October 14J,1~ zecorded ~~ Book 534 Page 285, Deed Records,
~~emont Count~~ Colorado, and terminated on the East by a radial
line intersecting the Northwest corner of the aforesaid Olomon

Further reserving an easement for a water line described as follows:
