RECEIVE® <br />APR 1 8 2006 <br />Division of Minerals and Goelogy <br />Public Notice <br />Chevron Shale Oil Company, 11111 South Wilcrest, Houston, TX, 77099, has filed an <br />application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act for extraction of construction materials.
