An Air Pollution permit will not be needed since C~ievron Shale Oil Company will <br />remove less than 70,000 tons per year from this site. <br />2. This property is in Garfield County and will require a Conditional Use Permit prior to <br />opening this mine. <br />3. Ground water will not be exposed so a well permit and temporary supply plan is not <br />needed. <br />4. A dredge fill permit (404) is not required because there are no waters of the U.S. on the <br />site. <br />5. A storm water management plan (SWMP) has been prepared for this construction <br />materials mine as there is a potential for surface water leaving the site.
