Canany <br />PemmitNumber: M-2000-156 Division Director <br />Type of Permit: 112e <br />Pemmit Date: March 5, 2003 <br />(Anniversary date for <br />annual report and foes <br />purposes) <br />THIS PERMIT is issued by the Mined band Reclamation Board, Department of Natural Resources, <br />State of Colorado. <br />A. The Pemmittee, Coulson Excavating Company, Inc. desires to conduct a mining operation <br />lmoivn as Bonner Pit, for the purpose of exhacting gravel. The Pemilttee ra~ill not mine any secondary <br />commodities at this site. <br />B. On January 4, 2002 the Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") approved the Permittee's <br />application for this permit, faced the amount of the financial warranty and dirocted that this pemmit be issued upon <br />the filing with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") of performance warranty and financial <br />warranty (or warranties) in the amount so Sxed in form and substance approved by the Division. Said warranties <br />have been filed with the Division. <br />C. If the Pemmittee desires to extract materials other than those listed in (A), a separate pemmit may <br />be required. <br />D. On January 4, 2002 the Board made the following findings: <br />1. The application for this permit complies with the requirements of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamarion Ac[ for the Exlraetion of ConsUmction Materials, C.RS. 34-32.5-101 et sc~., as amended, and <br />with all applicable local, state and federal laws; <br />2. The operation will not adversely affect the stability of any significant, valuable, and <br />permanent man-made structure located within rivo hundred feet of the Affected Land, except where there is an <br />agreement betweerm the Operator and the persons having an interest in the stnucture that damage to the strcture is <br />to be compensated for by the Pemiittee; and; <br />
