Sabatini: <br /> <br />Pursuant to the requirements of 30 CFR 780.23(b), this <br />letter is vcitten to Formally solicit the comments of the <br />Board of Land Commissioners on the proposal of Rerr Coal <br />Company to return the area to be mined to the poetmining land <br />uses of rangeland and pastureland upon completion of the <br />mining operations.
