• <br />• <br />2.10.1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Maps of the Lorencito Canyon Mine disturbed area and general area have been provided at various <br />scales. Disturbed areas are shown at 1" = 500' while general area maps are at 1" = 2,000'. All <br />maps show the permit boundary. <br />2.10.2 PERMIT AND ADJACENT AREAS <br />Map 2.05.3-1 shows all areas to be mined by LCC. There are no lands prior to May 3, 1978. <br />2.10.3 SPECIFIC INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS <br />Maps and plans provided under this rule have been certified by a Registered Professional Engineer <br />and Environmental Resource Specialist. Specific requirements are presented below: <br />a. Boundaries of lands and names of the present owners of the surface and subsurface in or <br />contiguous to the permit area are shown in Map 2.03.4-1. <br />b. Boundaries of land within the permit area upon which the applicant has the legal right to <br />enter are shown in Map 2.03.4-1. <br />c. Life of Mine affected area is shown in Map 2.05.3-1. <br />d. The location of all buildings on or within 1,000 feet of the permit area is shown on Map <br />2.05.3-1. <br />e. The location of surface and subsurface manmade features within, passing through or passing <br />over the permit area are shown in Map 2.05.6-1. <br />f. Public roads within 100 feet of the permit area are shown on Map 2.05.3-1. <br />g. There are no National landmarks or parks within or adjacent to the permit area. <br />Archaeological sites within the permit area are shown on a Confidential Map submitted with <br />the Permit Application. <br />h. There are no cemeteries located within 300 feet of the permit area. <br />There are no lands within any units of the National System of Trails or Wild and Scenic <br />River System. <br />• <br />PERMIT.»S~December :J, 1996 <br />2.10-1 <br />
