!~ <br />Minor accumulation of sediment & aquatic plant growth at inlet (south) end of <br />pond. <br />Comments for this quarterly inspection report include continue monitoring of <br />erosion rill on east bank and perform pond maintenance and cleaning as required. <br />To the best of my knowledge, based upon my professional expertise, the <br />Sedimentation Pond No. 5 at the Southfield Mine is being maintained in conformance with <br />the prudent state-of--the-art of earthen embankment construction. <br />I hereby certify, based upon my field observations and professional investigations, <br />as detailed here above, that the Sedimentation Pond No. 5 at Energy Fuels Coal, <br />Incorporated's Southfield Mine, located in Fremont County, Colorado, is being <br />maintained in compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Division. <br />
