Stevens, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist ~LS <br />RE: Lyman-Richey Corporation, Craig Pit, File No. M-99-011 <br />Please be advised that Lyman-Richey Corporation dba Central Sand & Gravel, whose address and telephone <br />number are 4521 Howard Blvd. P.O. Box 964, Columbus, NE 68601; (402) 564-2875, has filed a reclamation <br />permit application to extract construction materials with this office. The operation will be located at or near <br />Section 27, Township 9S, Range 56W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Lincoln County. The applicant proposes to <br />reclaim the site for rangeland. <br />The decision date for this application is scheduled for March 9, 1999, providing all permit requirements have <br />been met.
