What is the final disposition <br />of this Ovate ? Why is dewatering necessary if a dragline is to be used? <br />etc... <br />2. Please Mate the nature, depth, and thickness of the deposit to be <br />mined and the{ thickness and type of overburden to be removed. <br />3. What is I~the nature of the stratum immediately beneath the material <br />to be mined?I <br />9, To what depth will topsoil be removed? where will the topsoil and <br />overburden stllpckpiles be located? AZ1 stockpiling must be within the <br />permit area. <br />5, The proc~ss area must be included in the permit area (unless it is <br />covered by a eparate permit) and reclaimed in accordance with the provisions <br />Of this Act. ,i <br /> <br />
