A 10- ftfiberglass, #20 slot screen was installed at 970 to 980 ft. with an 11 ft sump below. • The silica sand filter pack was placed from 955 to 987 ft. • All annular fill materials were placed via a 2.19-inch-OD tremie line • The B Groove well casing was constructed with a string of Centron 2.375- • inch, 1.29 If/ft, upset end integral box fiberglass casing in nominal 29-ft lengths from surface to 970 ft. • The annular interval above the B Groove well, from 935 to 955 ft, was sealed with 6 sacks of bentonite hole plug and from 987 to 1000 ft with 4 sacks of bentonite hole plug. • The surface to 935 ft interval was cemented with 267 sacks of Class A Type It cement, • The surface was extended approximately 3 ft above land surface and enclosed in a locking, steel housing that is welded to the 7 5/8 inch surface conductor casing. Well Development Developed well by airlifting until parameters stabilized and tracer dye diminished. Total Development Volume from BGroove = 2,040 gallons Sampling • August 31, 1999 water quality samples collected using dedicated gas displacement pump. • September 23; 1999 water quality samples collected using dedicated gas displacement pump. • October 20, 1999 water quality samples collected using dedicated gas displacement pump. Notes . This well is the second borehole on the 29-4 drill pad. The B Groove completion is not present in the multiple completion well formerly drilled on this location.
