Date Description 2/25/97 Rick Kuchler said he was going to complete the well today. Kim Hood was on-site. Rick could only get. 620 feet of two inch pipe into the well. Rick started pulling the two inch pipe back out of the well at 4:20 pm. Rick spilled about 5 gallons of oil. M.M. put out more oil booms. 2/27/97 M.M, checked on drill site. No on-site activity at 1:50 pm. 2/28/97 T.A. checked on drill site. No activity apparent. 3/2/97 T.A. checked on drill site. No activity apparent. 3/8/97 T.A. checked on drill site. No activity apparent. 3/11/97 M.M. checked on drill site. No on-site activity at 1:10 pm. 3/13/97 M.M. checked on drill site. Rick got the drill rig stuck in the mud. 3117/97 M.M, checked on drill site. No on-site activity at 12:45 pm. Replaced oil booms. Rick Kuchler called M.M at 8:00 pm. M.M. told Rick the ground was to soft to move the rig around the site after 9:00 am. Rick said he would be on site at 8:00 am on 3/18/97 3/18/97 M.M. checked on drill site. No on-site activity at 10:00 am. 11:30 Rick Kuchler was at the drill site. He got the drill rig stuck again. Rick said he would be at the drill site at 6:30 am on 3/19/97 3/19/97 M.M. checked on drill site. No on-site activity at 7:57 am Rick called and said he would be on-site 3/20/97. 3/20/97 Rick called and said he would not be on-site today. 3/21/97 M.M. checked on drill site. No on-site activity at 11:95 pm. 3/24/97 T.A. checked on drill site. No activity apparent. 3/25/97 Rick said he would have the well re-drilled today and the two inch pipe down the hole on 3/26/97. 3/31/97 T.A. checked on drill site. No activity apparent. 4/2/97 T.A. checked on drill site. No activity apparent. Called LuAnn Beasley, Well Commissioner, Colorado Division of Water Resources to report problem with completion of monitoring wells.
