Objectors and Objectors' counsel have been given copies of all documents filed with <br />the DMG in this matter. <br />2. Objectors and their counsel have been given adequate time to prepaze their exhibit <br />lists and witnesses lists to present at the Pre-hearing Conference and to prepare testimony and <br />exhibits for the formal Boazd Heazing. <br />Applicant has responded to DMG's 151 Adequacy Review. <br />4. Applicant has provided, pursuant to the Citizen's Guide azrd Rule 1.6.5(2), proof of <br />notice to all easement holders that are on the affected land and/or within 200 feet of the boundaary <br />o£the affected land. <br />5. Applicazit identi5es the source(s) of water to be used for the mining operations <br />pursuant to Rule 6.4.7(4). <br />6. Applicant provides an estimate of all antictipated waterrequiretnents and annual water <br />deanand volumes pursuant to Rule 6.4.7(3). <br />7. Applicant confirms that any water is exposed as a consequence of mining will not <br />be used for mining operations, or stored, without a substitute water supply plan approved by the <br />Division of Water Resources. Rule 3.6.1.(a). <br />8. Applicant proves it has legal right to enter and initiate a mining operation on the <br />affected land pursuant to Rule 6.4.12. <br />9. Gold reserves on the proposed site have been explored and confinraed to exist or not <br />to exist. <br />In the alternative, Objectors respectfully request that, because the application filed in this matter <br />is ineonzplete and because all notice required was not given, this application be denied. <br />
