WELL 93-3V <br />PLUG AND ABANDONMENT <br />17 June 2005 <br />Rig up rig on well. <br />Pick up 9-5/8 Cast Iron Bridge Plug (CIBP) and run in well to 1920 feet. <br />Set CIBP @ 1920 feet. Pull out of well with tubing and running tool. Shut well in for night. <br />18 June 2005 <br />Rig up Weatherford wireline services. Run cement bond log. Run in hole with 2-7/8 tubing to <br />1890 feet. Pump 150 sacks of 15.8# Class G cement. Pull tubing out of well. <br />Rig up wireline and run in well. Tag cement top @ 1500 feet. Perforate well casing @ 1450 <br />feet. Pressure up well to 1000# PSI . No returns to surface. Perforate well @ 1250 feet. Run <br />cement retainer plug in well to 1200 feet. Establish circulation to surface. Pump190 sacks <br />12.8# light cement to surface behind 9-5/8 casing. Shut down. Sting out of cement retainer. <br />Pull running tools from well. <br />19 June 2005 <br />Run in well with tubing, open ended to 1168 feet. Pump and establish circulation. Pump 300 <br />sacks 12.8 cement to surface. Pull tubing from well. <br />Rig down rig. Cut off casing head. <br />23 June 2005 <br />Pump cement grout in casing and fill to surface. <br />Install dry hole marker on well, stuck in cement and welded to surface casing. <br />
