The inspection complies with 12u1e 4.05.9 (17) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board for Coal Mining. <br />To the best of my knowledge, based upon my field observations and investigations, as detailed in the <br />attached inspections reports, all referenced ponds arc being maiufained in conlbrnrutce with prudent, sfate- <br />of-the-art earthen embankment construction except as may be noted in the individual reports.. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~/1/~ ~ <br />rrc/ .~bZ.."' <br />Ronald G.
