1. r,. <br />The field inspection of the 12 survey units identified and newly recorded four <br />additional sites: two prehistoric open camps (SGN4724 and SGN4725), an historic <br />homestead site (SDT1607), and an historic dugout site (SGN4726). Both of the prehistoric <br />sites have been field evaluated as need data, and both historic sites as not eligible. Also, 23 <br />isolated finds were discovered (SDT1608 through SDT1613, and SGN4727 through <br />SGN4743). These 1Fs consisted primarily of prehistoric finds, but some early historic <br />artifacts were also recorded. All are recommended as not eligible. <br />As directed by the new 36 CFR800 regulations, this inventory included the search for <br />relevant traditional cultural properties. Based on the files search, field survey, and these <br />researchers' personal lmowledge, no such communities exist within the project area. <br />iii <br />
