Lamber9 <br />FROM: FREMONT COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br />DATE: November 4, 1977 <br />REFERENCE: PUBLIC HEARING REQUIREMENTS <br />Dear Mr. Lamber9(s): <br />This is to inform you that the County Commissioners have set <br />DECEMBER 5, 1977 as the public hearing date for the issuance of a <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO STRIP MINE BETONITE BY GLEN & W.D. LAMBERG , <br />The hearing will be held at 4:3U 1'.M. in the County Commis- <br />sioners Meeting Room, in the Fremont County Courthouse. Prior to <br />the public hearing, it will be required, by the applicant or his <br />representative(s), to advertise in the following manner: <br />••'° 1. At least fifteen (15) days prior to the date <br />of hearing, notice by a registered letter to <br />all property owners, as shown by the last <br />~ preceeding tax roll, both within the boundary <br />of the proposed change and to all property <br />owners within 500' of the boundaries of pro- <br />posed amendment and details of proposed amend- <br />ment, including full titles of existing and <br />proposed zone; or <br />2. A posted notice at least 3' x 4' in size, with <br />each letter at least 2" in height, be posted <br />continously for at least thirty (30) days prior <br />to the hearing and located on the parcel pro- <br />posed for change. Such posting shall be no <br />further than 15' from the public right-of-way, <br />providing access to the parcel, except where <br />more than one parcel is involved and/or more <br />than one public right-of-way provides access, <br />all parcels and/or sides facing any public <br />right-of-way shall be so posted. All postings <br />shall be so placed upon the parcel to provide <br />for clear and un-obstructed viewing from the <br />public right-of-way. The lettering should be <br />black on white. <br />The following is an example of what is required <br />on the sign(s): <br />
