Figure 1 of the permit is a map reflecting pre project <br />conditions, while figure 2 shows the final configuration of the main features of the project. A detailed view of <br />the final Arequa Gulch Rock Storage Area and Arequa Gulch Leach Facility ks shown in figure 3. <br />While the Cripple Creek and Victor Gold Mining Company (CC&VJ has designed the facilities associated with <br />the mining activity with the intention of avoiding any discharge of the type that the State would nortnally <br />require to 6e permitted through the CDPS program, it Ls possible that the failure ojsolution liner or <br />distribution ,systems, or the leeching of pollutants from environmentally exposed project features, could result <br />in or constitute ,tech n discharge. <br />
