Shelton <br />Director <br />Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that . <br />". the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the <br />permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The Notice <br />of Intent shall contain an annual fee of 550.00 and a map or statement <br />that sha1Z indicate: (a) the Land affected during previous year; <br />(b) the land to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any Zand <br />reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is April 23 <br />and annual fees for the year(s) 81-82 totalling S 50.00 <br />are due on that date. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br />required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations to br_'ng the Division <br />up to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site.
