Both tests indicated <br />that the effluent were not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival (see attached laboratory reports). <br />In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover <br />the oudall 004A, which did not discharge during the second quarter of 2007. Even though no Outfalls flowed in June, note that <br />DMRs are enclosed to account for the quarfedy requirements of Ouffalls 002A, 005A, OO6A, 007A, and OOSA. <br />1 certify under penalty of law [hat 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry o) those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, l believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are signi/icant penalties for submitting false information, including the <br />possibility of fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
