Denver Statement of Qualifications <br />IV. FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT <br />The Denver Environmental Testing Services Division laboratory is located off I-225 and <br />Parker Road at 10703 East Bethany Drive, Aurora, just a short distance south of the <br />airport. Overnight and same- day freight facilities at the airport include Federal Express, <br />UPS, Airborne, and many others. <br />The Denver facility contains 15,000 square feet of laboratory and office space. The facility <br />is separated into the following functional areas: sample receiving, sample storage <br />(including cold storage), organic sample preparation, organics analysis, inorganics <br />analysis, trace metals analysis, RCRA waste characterization, waste processing, sample <br />container preparation, computer room, offices and reception area. Security is maintained <br />throughout the laboratory by an electronic security system with local police department <br />backup. <br />The laboratory is equipped with a "state of the art" laboratory information system. This <br />system was developed by Core Laboratories for the exclusive use of Core Laboratories <br />and our clients. Upon request, clients will be provided access to their data via modem. <br />Core Laboratories maintains up-to-date instrumentation to provide our clientele with <br />accurate and timely results.
