.~ <br />culvert under the county road and into a pasture on the other side. The pasture was well <br />vegetated without evidence of large accumulations of sediment from the disturbed area. It is <br />possible most of the sediments precipitated in a low spot just above the box culvert on the permit <br />azea. <br />Another area of erosion was seen on the south end of the disturbance. The gully developed in an <br />area that had been reworked this past fall. Sediment from this gully precipitated out in a low spot <br />adjacent to a pond embankment. The area of deposition was well vegetated. We discussed <br />possible remedies to the gully that could be applied during the upcoming work. <br />Given the conditions observed when we walked the downslope edges of the disturbance, we <br />decided that there were no off-site impacts. <br />
