<br />A. DEFINITION OF EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS
<br />Effluent Limitations
<br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date of the pemrit, the pemrittee is
<br />authorized to dischazge from outfalls 004, 005, 007, 008, 009, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017 and 018.
<br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitatons, Section 62.4, and the Colorado
<br />Discharge Permit System Regu ations, Sectton 61,8(2), 5 C. R. 1002-61, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent
<br />parameter concentrations, whrch exceed the following lunitations specified below or exceed the specified flow lunitation.
