included in the original bonding calculations presented in the Mt. Gunnison
Mining and Reclamation Plan.
Spreading, shaping and compacting refuse material $3,000
It is anticipated that refuse material will be end-dumped on a daily basis
and compacted, shaped,- etc. on a weekly basis. Thus;: 'assuming a production
rate of 100,000 tons/year, one week's production would equal approximately
2,000 tons, Assuming worst case, that WECC would abandon this activity, no
more than ;2,000 tons would be required to be spread, shaped and compacted.
Based upon a contractor's estimate, using his own equipment to spread, shape
and contour. the refuse, of 51.50/ton, an additional reclamation cost of
53,000 has been added.

Covering ; a 10-acre area (most disturbed area at any one time) with 36" of
non-toxic cover and 18" of topsoil. Haulage and distribution costs
estimated in Table 4.8.1.C of 'the Mining and Reclamation Plan for this
project have been recalculated based on an average 1,000-foot one-way
