Due to the wntent of some of the comments, it is <br />impossible to satisfactorily respond to your comments in a two-day period. <br />Therefore, we respectfully request an extension to the August 25, 2003 decision date in order to <br />adequately. address all commarts and concerns. We request that the new decision date be set at <br />October 20, 2003.
