PURPOSE AND DISCUSSION OF AMENDMENT <br />In a letter dated August 13, 2003, the permittee requested that outfall 001 be eliminated from coverage under this permit. This change is <br />reflected with the elimination of tables in Pan L 1.A.a) and LB.l.a) of the permit. <br />It is the judgment by the Division that these requests are reasonable and are hereby granted. <br />Because this amendment involves the elimination ofa point source outfall and does not result in the discharge ofpollutants, public notice will <br />not be necessary, as per sections 61.5 (2), 61.5 (3), 61.7, and 61.15 of Regulation 61, Colorado Discharge Permit Reeulations. last update <br />effective June 30, 2003. <br />Christopher L.
