The production or raw material processing Ilmits~and emisslon limits contained in this percnit are based <br />on the production/processing rates requested in the permit application. These limits may be revised <br />upon request of the permittee providing them is no exceedence of any spectflc emisslon control <br />regulation or any ambient air quality standard. A revised air pollution emission notice (APEN) and <br />application form must be submitted with a request for a pemtil revision. <br />2). This source is subject to the Common Provisions Regulation Part II, Subpart E, Upset Conditions and <br />Breakdowns. The pennlttee shall notify the Division of any upset condition which causes a violation of <br />any emission limit or limits stated In thl5 permit as soon as possible, but no later than twc (2) hours <br />after the start oT the next working day, followed by written notice to the Division explaining the cause <br />of the occurcence and that proper action has been or is being taken to corcect the conditions causing <br />said vloletlon and to prevent Suctt excess emissien in the future. <br />3). In accordance with G.R9. 25-7-114.1, the Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) assoGated with this <br />permit le valid for a term of five years. The five year tens for the APEN receWed with this permit <br />application expires on July 19, 2004. A revised APEN shall be submitted no later than 30 days before <br />the flue year terra expires. <br />4).
