THIS SOURCE IS SUBJECT TO <br />THE FOLLOWING EMISSION GUIDELINES: <br />a. Mining Activities -Visible emissions not to exceed 20%, no off-pr^perty transport of visible emissions. <br />b. Haul Roads - No ^ff-property transport of visible emissions shall apply to on-site haul roads, the <br />nuisance guidelines shall apply to off-site haul roatls. <br />c. Haul Trucks - No off-property transport of visible emissions except that when operating off the properly <br />of the owner or operator, the applicable guidelines shall be no off-vehicl®transport of visible emissions. <br />Control Measures <br />• <br />1. Emissions from material handling (i.e. removal, loading, and hauling) shall be controlled by watering <br />al all times unless natural moisture is sufficient to control emissions. <br />2. Unpaved haul roads shall be treated with chemical stabilizers per manufacturer's specifications. • <br />3. Unpaved haul roads shall be watered as often as needed to control fugitive particulate emissions. <br />4. Coal stockpile shall be compacted. <br />5. Conveyor and processing equipment transfer points shalt be partially enclosed. <br />6. Haul truck speeds on the 170 meters of haul read nearest the public highway shall not exceetl 5 mph. <br />Speed limit signs shall be posted. ' <br />45/17!485 ver 11!99 • <br />
