Long <br />Division Director <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining, Inc.'s Second Quarter 2001 Wastewater dischazge <br />Monitoring report. Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO- <br />0032115covers sediment ponds within the Trapper Mine (DMG permit C-81-010) permit area. <br />This dischazge monitoring report was sent to the Division in accordance with CDMG Rule <br />4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). Pour ponds dischazged during the second quarter. Sixteen permitted outfall points did <br />not discharge during the second quarter 2001, and two outfall points aze associated with sediment ponds <br />that have not been constructed. One exceedence of primazy effluent limitation for TSS occurred at <br />outfall 011. Alternate limitation standazd was applicable in this case due to runoff resulting from a <br />precipitation/snowmelt event.
