Effluent LimitaNans <br />PARTI <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date, the pemtittec is authorized to <br />discharge from outfills: 001-the discharge of surface runoff water and/or mine water prior to entering Deer Tmil Ditch, 002 -the <br />discharge of surface runoff water and/or mine water prior io entering Deer Trar7 Ditch or an u~amed tributary to the North Fork of <br />the Cmm~ison River, 003 -the discharge of surface runoff water prior to entering Deer Ttai] Ditch or to an unnamed tributary to the <br />North Fmk of the Gunnison River, 004 -the discharge of treated domestic wastewater effluent prior to dischazgirtg to Pond B <br />(outfall 001), 005 -the discharge of surface runoff water prior to entering Deer Trail Dinh or [o an unnamed tributary to the North <br />Fork of the Gunnison River, 006 -the discharge of mine water prior to entering an unnamed in'butary to the North Pork of the <br />Gunnison River, 007 and 008 -the discharges of surface runoff water prior to entering the North Fork of the Crunnison River. <br />In accordance with the Water Qiality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the Colorado <br />Discharge Peru System Regulations, Section 61.6(2), 5 C,C.R 1002.61, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent <br />parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow ]imitation <br />a.
