Volume III, Tab 11. <br />I • <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />Pe:mitNo. CO-0044776 <br />County: Delta <br />Tn compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Rater Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as <br />amended) and the Federal Rater Pollufion Control Acr, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; the "Act") <br />Bowie .Resources, LLC <br />is authorized to discharge from the Bowie No. 2 Mine located in the NS 1/4, Section 15, T135, R91 W; 33° <br />55.44' north latitude, 107° 32.52' west. longitude; approximately 5 miles NE oFPaonia, CO, to the North Fork of <br />the Gunnison River and its tributaries, and Deer Trail hitch, in accordance with effiuent limitations, monitoring <br />requirements and other conditions set forth in Part T and II hereof. All dischazges authorized herein shall be <br />consistent with the terms and conditions of this permit. <br />.The applicant may demand an adj udicatory hearing within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the final permit <br />• deterntination, per the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, 61.7(1).
