The method of analysis is the 61mp11- <br />fied Jambu Method of Slices with Irregular FailurA Surfaces. The <br />Factors of Safety pare eomyuted using the Modified Bishop Method- <br />Ths site and slope geometry applied to this analysis was taken <br />from the Western Fuels drawing portion •ent to Lincoln-DeVOre by <br />facsimile means. A drawin8 number or other de~lgnation is not <br />available. <br />Based upon the original ground topography and final proposed <br />constructed Coal Waste Fill, the critical sectioh pas found to be <br />• the north end of Section H-B'. The assumed elope heights for the <br />Waste Pile range from 100 to 110 fast. It is assumed the top of <br />the wsote Pile will be at elevation 6830.0 feet above sea level, <br />as shown on the Western Fuels drawing. A pieaometric surface was <br />not assumed in the calculations. A pseudostatic force of O.Odg <br />(horiaontal) was assumed as an earthquake coefficient.
