The mining process itself will proceed relatively
slowly and reclamation will generally follow the same pattern. The
steep slopes and numerous cliffs throughout th? operation area will
remain quite evident for a long time in the future. The simple fact
that previous operators dice. not conduct the operation. in a manner that
left the site in even a reasonably secure or sightly condition ma}-es
• the job ahead for Castle Concrete Company very severe. Cften persons
!gill place the responsibility for the site on Castle Concrete Company
when, in fact, Castle Concre*_e had little or nothing to do with creating
the nreser.t condition..
The final lane? use selected for reclamation of the quarry
is a combination of a wildlife area anc? an industrial nark. In general,
the main parts of all three tracts will be involved in the wildlife
area while the northeastern part of Tract A and the northern part of
Tract A-1 will ;;e involved in the industrial park. For a clearer
representation of the approximate boundaries of the two areas see the
reclamation plan map. No precise acreages car, be given for each use
as the reclamation tract L-oundaries are not precise and will blend in
actual use.

P-F-1
