Mount <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />RE: Randy Perdue, Perdue, File No. M-2000-089 <br />Corps File No. 200080540 <br />Dear Mr. Mount: <br />RECEIVED <br />AUG 1 1 2000 <br /> <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Reference is made to the above-mentioned project located in Section 5, Township 3 North, <br />Range 70 West, Boulder County, Colorado <br />The project has been reviewed in accordance with Sec[ion 404 of the Clean Water Ac[ under <br />which the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regulates the discharge of dredged and fill material, and <br />any excavation associated with a dredged and fill project, in waters of the United States which may <br />include ephemeral, intermittent, and perennial streams, lakes, ponds or wetlands.
