On behalf of the owner, I would also like to <br />request authorization for project conswction under the Department of the Army <br />Nationwide Permit found in 33 CFR Part 330 Appendix A, (B) (26). <br />On April 14, 1995 I performed a routine field determination in conformance with <br />the Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual, January 1987. The entire <br />parcel was assessed for juri.sdictiona] status. The indicator status of each plant <br />species was determined using U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's "National List of <br />Plant Species That Occur in Wetlands: 1988 Colorado." Soils samples were also <br />collected in key areas. Data forms for a Routine Onsite Determination were <br />completed, and are available upon request. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
