It is our intent to have recharge mitigation measures in-place when dewatering begins on each adjacent site. However, if there is a question on a specific well, a simple timing calculation could be to scale the distance from the recharge site to any well of interest and divide that by 165 feet per day, assuming that mitigation began in response to an adverse affect.
