However, this <br />criterion may apply below the lease area where Pine Gulch merges <br />into Hay Gulch. The appropriate mitigation will be necessary to <br />maintain the integrity of flow in Pine Gulch over the lease area. <br />r <br />Criterion Number 20 -- State Criteria <br />Analysis: No State Criteria have been proposed or adopted by <br />Colorado. <br />Summar <br />It is the conclusion of the unsuitability analysis that no part of the <br />160-acre site is unsuitable for mining operations. Subsidence which <br />would affect water discharge rates, water flow patterns„ water quality, <br />soil erosion, vegetation, wildlife, and the alluvial valley floor will <br />be mitigated. Plining and associated activities shall not be conducted <br />in a fashion that will endanger the integrity of the private surface <br />lands in and near drainages where the overburden is not sufficient to <br />minimize subsidence, should subsidence occur. - <br />29 <br />' Nov®ber 1993 <br />
